Here is what we expect of our Bartenders at Drybar:
- We expect Barenders to lead the client’s experience from start to finish ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.
- We expect Bartenders to provide an over-the-top client experience to every single client.
- We expect Bartenders to educate and sell memberships - It’s so easy because our clients love us!
- We expect Bartenders to organize and execute shop flow between clients and stylists
- We expect Bartenders to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers and the shop leadership team.
- We expect Bartenders to work at a sustained, fast pace with a positive demeanor.
- We expect Bartenders to participate in Shop duties. Side work includes activities: laundry, sweeping, dusting and other general shop cleaning.
We are looking for a Bartender who:
- Works to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals.
- Exibits Strong communication skills.
- Has the Ability to work with and be a part of a team.
- Has a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Takes and implements feedback.
- Can stand for the duration of a 6-8 hour shift.

What We Do
Drybar operates an upscale salon chain centered on professional blowouts and premium hair care. Its signature service is washing and blow-drying hair, deliberately excluding cuts, color, and treatments. Founded from a single Brentwood salon, the concept expanded into more than 200 locations across the United States, complemented by a branded product line sold through major beauty retailers such as Sephora and Ulta.
