This position is speaking to you if you are someone who has retail and customer service experience, a deep interest in fashion, current trends, clothing, and designer labels!

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Customer Experience & Sales
•    Deliver a warm, personalized shopping experience consistent with My Sister’s Closet brand standards
•    Greet all customers promptly and assist with product selection, styling, and fitting room support
•    Achieve individual and team sales goals by actively engaging customers on the floor
•    Maintain product knowledge of current inventory to provide informed recommendations
•    Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including returns and exchanges

Floor Presentation & Merchandising
•    Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times
•    Execute merchandising standards including sizing, rack organization, and signage placement
•    Restock and replenish the sales floor as needed throughout the shift
•    Support weekly and seasonal floor resets as directed by management

Team & Operations
•    Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations
•    Adhere to all loss prevention, safety, and company policies
•    Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with our luxury resale brand
•    Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and store initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

•    Prior retail or customer service experience preferred; luxury or fashion retail a plus
•    Passion for fashion, styling, and the secondhand/sustainability movement
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•    Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
•    Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-first attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

•    Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
•    Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
•    Ability to reach, bend, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
 

Hourly pay based on experience (DOE). We offer competitive pay plus commissions and bonuses for eligible employees.
