Job DescriptionAt BoConcept Miami & South Florida , we're looking for full time Professionals who understand and have a passion for Interior Design. CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- The ideal candidate will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations in areas of customer service and hospitality.
- They will be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships.
- Experience in interior design and/ or selling furniture is preferred, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude.
All Sales/ Design Consultants are trained to use our 3-D design software to help customers design their customized furniture and plan the layout of their homes.

WE OFFER:
Base salary, plus excellent commission & bonus structure.

Weekend work is required.
- Prior retail sales experience (furniture or home décor experience is a plus)
- College degree (BA in Design is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be able to work on the weekends
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn
- Passion for people and retail
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist our customers in selecting home furnishings
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business
- Ensure the successful delivery of merchandise by following up with customers and the BoConcept Distribution Center
- Help customer make selections by building customer confidence
- Become an expert in our products, tools and concepts kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Skills Required
- Prior retail sales experience
- Experience in interior design
- Experience selling furniture or home decor
- College degree (BA in Design is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be able to work weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn; passion for people and retail
