We’re looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate to be at the heart of the customer experience and can provide a memorable shopping journey and amazing customer service bringing these great digital brands to life in a retail environment.

Job Description

As a Sales Associate you will:

• Provide exceptional service to every person that walks through our doors
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, e and store housekeeping
• Follow up with customers through clienteling and e-mail correspondence
• Maintain the visual integrity of the space
• Create and process in-store sales
• Process and receive inventory replenishments
• Assist with setting up and executing community programs and events
• Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams such as tech, marketing, design, and product in order to constantly improve the customer experience
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations
• Represent the Sleep Country, Endy and Casper Canada brands with best-in-class customer experience, helping customers with their inquiries
• Efficiently process sales orders via tablet or point of sale
• Capture email addresses, customer insights and product experiences to report back to the team
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise

Qualifications

• Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person
• Must understand and appreciate experiential retail
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Excellent communicator with a passion for people
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Eager to be at the frontline of fast-paced and growing brands
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
• Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems (both)
• Zendesk or other help desk system knowledge is an asset
• Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset
• Self-starter; entrepreneurial disposition
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
