SALES ASSISTANT
What will you be doing?
- Assisting the sales team with day-to-day activities including reviewing loan requests, assessing clients' financial status, preparing projects for the credit committee, supporting client onboarding, maintaining updated records, and administering customer data.
- Ensure that all customer-related documents are prepared, administered, and followed up according to the bank's internal regulations and forms.
- Assist other co-workers who have a direct impact on the sales administration process.
- Work as a team member with other units of the bank.
What will help you succeed?
- Previous experience as an assistant or sales assistant, within the fintech, financial services, or banking industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Accuracy, even when handling routine and repetitive tasks.
- Strong desire to continuously expand one's knowledge.
- Proficiency in Estonian and English.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree, might be in progress.
