We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Membership Upgrade Agent / Appointment Setter to join our high-energy team. In this role, you’ll connect with timeshare owners and travel club members, introduce valuable upgrade opportunities, and schedule appointments that align with their needs.

What You’ll DoAct as the primary point of contact for members, serving as both an Appointment Setter and Consumer Advisor
Make 75+ outbound calls per day or maintain at least 100 minutes of talk time during an 8-hour shift
Book an average of 4 or more appointments daily
Engage with a diverse client base while representing multiple brands and product lines
Educate members on opportunities to enhance or upgrade their benefits
Stay organized and detail-focused while managing multiple client interactions
What We’re Looking ForAbility to type at least 30 WPM
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different personalities and needs
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in phone-based sales, appointment setting, or customer service is preferred
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for uncapped earning potential
$15/hour base pay plus unlimited commission
