As a Sales Administrative Assistant III, you will be at the heart of our Sales and Admin team. The ideal candidate will be an initiative-taking self-starter with a proven history of problem-solving, professionalism, confidentiality, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Manage the National Sales Manager’s calendar
- Review and create responses for sales teams' prospecting emails
- Follow up on Salesforce tasks and email responses
- Salesforce administrative support, including updating Salesforce on behalf of the sales team
- Responsible for the kickoff approval process of closed won opportunities and scheduling kickoff meetings
- Expense reports as requested by team members, especially those who are frequently traveling
- Coordination of customer visits, including hospitality, coordinating travel arrangements, writing letters of initiation for international customers, and creating customer agendas
- Scheduling calls with customers, including Sales calls and Testing & Trials Calls
- Attend work center meetings for the sales team
- Support the Sales Management with agendas, notes, and deliverables follow-up
- Responsible for ensuring the Innovation Center facility is customer-ready
Administrative Support
- Track, send, and log Confidentiality Agreements
- Travel booking
- Serve as backup for answering the Blentech main phone line
- Coordinate company events, ie, Safety lunches, all staff meetings, leadership/work center meetings
- Formatting and revising of customer letters and reports
- Support Applications/Technical sales as needed with quotation updates and trial planning
- Special projects as they arise
- This is an on-site position in the Santa Rosa office
- 40 hours a week. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work with Salesforce CRM, Google applications, AI proficiency, and other programs as required
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professionalism is a must
- 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Assistant position
- Bachelor's Degree a plus

Hourly Wage range DOE: $29.15 - $32.53
