WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
As a Sales Assistant at BaubleBar, you will play a key role in supporting sales growth across our accounts by assisting with product setup and launches for both BaubleBar and our retail partners. This role will also support market preparation and day-to-day account management. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative environment.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
• Create and maintain assortment line sheets for new product launches and core items
• Run and analyze weekly sales reports; develop selling recaps to inform cross-functional team, including executive leadership
• Provide product copy to online retail partners and ensure accuracy of all product information pre – and post-launch
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing, site merchandising, and assortment strategies
• Manage sample requests for partners and market appointments
• Coordinate imagery for retailer e-commerce to support on-time launches
• Oversee item setup and ongoing maintenance to ensure accurate product data across internal systems and partner platforms
• Ability to visit local retailers when needed for visual merchandising checks and insights
• Work onsite in the Manhattan office three days per week, with two days remote
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, with some proficiency in Excel preferred
• Foundational understanding of key retail metrics, including sell-through, open-to-buy, days of supply, and margin
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally across teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and build sales performance reports
• Ability to identify and interpret emerging trends across products, styles, and brands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
WHAT WE OFFER:
• Starting range for this role is $23.00-$26.00 per hour. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
