Casey Auto Group is hiring Sales Appointment Coordinators to join our Business Development Center!

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy speaking with people and helping customers take the next step in their vehicle-buying journey. In this role, you will connect with customers who have expressed interest in a new or pre-owned vehicle, provide helpful information, and schedule appointments with our dealership teams.

Compensation and Schedule

Position Type: Full-time, in-office position

Pay: $16.00 per hour plus performance-based commission

Schedule: Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls and meet established daily activity expectations.
  • Turn customer conversations into qualified sales appointments.
  • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in a new or pre-owned vehicle.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments and assist customers with the next steps in their vehicle-buying journey.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-up activity.
  • Work closely with dealership employees and management teams to provide a smooth customer experience.
  • Ensure every customer feels valued and receives professional, friendly, and timely service.
Requirements and Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one previous customer service role is preferred.
  • Previous call center, automotive, sales support, or appointment-setting experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence with professional phrasing, tone, and active-listening skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Results-driven and motivated by clear goals, benchmarks, and performance expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple systems and software platforms.
  • Ability to accurately read, understand, and document customer information.
  • Professional, honest, and courteous communication with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work effectively with dealership employees and management teams at all levels.
