Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Internship or related customer-facing work experience.
- Results-oriented approach, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance and ability to work the required schedule.
- Ability to maintain a driver qualification file, including annual MVR check, DOT physical, and safety performance history records.
- CDL holders must complete DOT drug screening within 30 days and undergo FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
- Willingness to travel within the district for customer yards, nearby locations, and training sites.
- Willingness to work at the specified Indianapolis location.
- Successful completion of employment application, background investigation, and drug screening.
- Ability to work safely in a DOT-regulated, safety-sensitive environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
