Your Day-to-Day (aka the Playbook) 

o Help Us Thrive: Amplify our sales and marketing team efforts, by helping us to grow our customer base and enhance our brand presence in the market and providing day-to-day business support. This means helping them fulfill orders, manage accounts, craft proposals, create engaging presentations, and develop materials that clearly communicate the benefits of our services. o Campaign Development: Work with the sales and marketing team to design and implement campaigns that drive sales and amplify brand awareness across various multimedia platforms.


o Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to amplify our sales strategies.


o Data Analysis:  Data-driven decisions are the name of the game! Report and analyze sales data, providing insights to optimize our strategies for better results.


o Unleash Your Potential: Dive headfirst into the exciting world of media sales, where every interaction is an opportunity to make a lasting impression!


o Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with our focused media sales teams and other departments. Ensuring everyone is on the same page creates a cohesive approach to sales marketing, which is super important for overall success. Connect with internal and external clients, building relationships to understand their needs to provide support. Together, we'll amplify our impact and achieve remarkable results!


o Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitive strategies to ensure we're always a step ahead in the marketplace.


Additional Responsibilities Include: 

o Serve as point of contact for Friday Night Rivals (High School Sports program) to area high schools, Sales Management, cross-departments and clients

o Serve as project lead and handle all execution for sold promotions  between Sales, News, and Creative Services 

o Work as liaison between outside vendors and our business in fulfilling sales promotions including Friday Night Rivals and other station initiatives.

o Develop client-specific sales promotion solutions and associated sales collateral based on client’s needs and market opportunity

o Serve as secondary support to the sales team for order entry, traffic, billing and fulfillment

o Project manage creative process and campaign execution for TV and digital solutions and associated sales collateral based on client's needs and market opportunity.

o Manage databases to proactively run reports related to critical sales outcomes and present findings to Sales and Management teams as applicable
