Presently, we are in search of a collaborative and solution-driven Sales and Customer Support Associate to enrich our ranks. This Sales and Customer Support Associate role constitutes a full-time, entry-level position with comprehensive training and compensation commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Support Associate:

  • Engage potential customers adeptly by addressing inquiries regarding products and services, adeptly closing sales directly with clients' leads.
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Offer product recommendations tailored to customers’ needs, actively pursuing opportunities for upselling products and services.
  • Compile and analyze customer information to generate comprehensive product or service reports.
  • Contribute collaboratively to team objectives, ensuring the attainment of collective goals.
  • Stay abreast of the latest product offerings, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base.
  • Execute any additional duties as delegated by senior management as required.
