The Role

Stonegate Advisors is seeking a highly motivated Sales And Business Development Manage (SBDM) with a strong focus on hunting and generating leads to join our dynamic sales team. As an SBDM, your primary responsibility will be to identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities to fuel our company's growth. You will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and establishing new relationships with potential clients.

Stonegate is a 20+ year old boutique research and consulting firm that focuses on helping our clients better acquire and retain their customers, fueling top line growth. Our customers include the biggest names in healthcare, financial service, consumer packaged goods, and technology sectors. 

The SBDM will specifically be responsible for selling 2 offerings:

1) Our STAMP Software-As-A-Service retention automation solution (see www.stamp.global)

2) Syndicated market research on key trends in the health and wellness sector

LOCATION! While this position can be remote, we prefer the candidate relocate to the Las Vegas area.  A small relocation package will be offered to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and identify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, social media, and industry research.
  2. Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients in order to tailor sales pitches and solutions accordingly.
  3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress and updating CRM systems regularly.
  4. Initiate contact with key decision-makers within target organizations to schedule meetings and presentations.
  5. Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  6. Collaborate with the leadership team and other departments to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  8. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to sales processes and best practices.
  9. Provide timely and accurate reports on lead generation activities, sales performance, and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in lead generation and new business development.
  2. Strong prospecting and cold calling skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  3. Experience selling Software-As-A-Service and syndicated market research is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  8. Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics related to the company's products/services.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed.
