As an Sales and Application Specialist Biacore (d/f/m), you will identify, develop, manage, and retain revenue-generating opportunities. Leverage your expertise to strategically support the sales of our diverse product and service lines. Be a part of our dynamic team in After Sales and make a significant impact on our growth and success!

This position is part of the Sales and Account Management Team based in Switzerland and will be fully remote.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and perform instrument demonstrations and customer training sessions

• Present products at User Days, workshops, seminars, and exhibitions

• Work with reference customers to build and maintain the Biacore Scientific Network

• Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists and Account Managers to develop the opportunity funnel and secure revenue

• Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting to ensure a positive customer experience

Who you are:

• Scientific background in Biology, Biotechnology, or Chemistry

• Experienced user of the Biacore platform and consumable products

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient with established communication platforms

• Fluent in both German and English

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel – around 50% within territory

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
