Earnings Potential:

  • The salary range for this role is $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. The role is paid solely on bonuses and commissions in accordance with the Company's Plan. Our total rewards package also includes competitive benefits for eligible employees. 

Job Summary:

Our Sales and Acquisition Specialist are responsible for acquiring, selling and/or leasing new & used vehicles at our dealership while achieving gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards set by the management team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Must have a competitive spirit.
  • Must have a strong work ethic.
  • Must have active listening and strong communication skills.
  • Must provide excellent guest/customer service.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance.
  • Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
