As ZURU continues its expansion year-on-year, we're on the lookout for a Brilliant Sales Analyst to join our team in Bentonville!
ROLE PURPOSE
ZURU is one of the fastest-growing consumer goods companies in the world, known for its agility, creativity, and new-age manufacturing techniques. We are looking for an exceptional Sales Analyst to join the ZURU team in Bentonville. This role will include ownership of specific brands & categories (such as "Gumi Yum" in confectionery), support for the Senior Account Manager on our largest portfolios (Baby and Pet brands) and leadership of key elements of the account management process such as performance analysis, 4P decision making and execution of sales functions.
Take a step forward into account and buyer management by taking direct responsibility for one of ZURU's newest and fastest-growing brands with our largest retail partner.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE IMPACT
- Own the full P&L for "Gumi Yum" at Walmart, developing strategies to drive sales and brand growth.
- Take full responsibility for the distributor account that supports our confectionary business, ensuring ZURU drives significant market share outperformance.
- Own elements of analysis & development of success models to drive ZURU’s Baby and Pet brands at Walmart, helping to develop and execute strategies that disrupt established players and meet ZURU’s goals for distribution, display and activation in store.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, supply chain, and other teams to execute trade strategies, maximize performance, and ensure ZURU brands are well-represented in-store and online.
- Drive Financial Performance: Support efforts to maximize P&L delivery and unlock margins for reinvestment in innovation.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Assist in negotiating and executing Joint Business Plans with key partners to achieve mutual strategic and financial goals.
- Execute with Excellence: Ensure high availability, visibility, and awareness of ZURU brands through effective distribution, feature, display, and marketing activations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support Senior Account Management: Aid in the development and execution of commercial strategies for the Baby and Pet brands.
- Brand/Category Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of assigned brands/categories, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis.
- Account Management: Oversee key customer relationships, fostering relationships and driving sales growth.
- Collaborative Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to align on and achieve distribution goals, ensuring ZURU’s strategic initiatives are successfully implemented.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and demand.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving commercial processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Team Culture: Promote ZURU’s entrepreneurial culture, ensuring we put people first and maintain our innovative spirit as we grow.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor’s Degree: A relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, innovative approach to problem-solving and strategy execution.
- Location: This is a full-time position based in Bentonville.
- Work Permit: US work permit required.
