Today we are looking for a Sales Analyst & Support for our Sourcing and Sales Department. If you want to embark on a career in sales and if you want to invest in your growth in a constantly changing e-commerce, Veepee is the right place for you!


You support the Key Account Managers by analyzing the offers received from our well known partner brands in order to guarantee its attractiveness to our Veepee members.


You are the link between our brands and our internal and international departments in order to ensure a smooth sales organization process.


🎯 TASKS

  • You are in close contact with our brands/suppliers to request the offers and guarantee the fluidity of our processes.
  • You make strategic analyses on the offers provided by our partners/brands and you support the KAM in order to assure the best products selection and provide her/him with the Prices needed to be negotiated by comparing with previous sales
  • With your insights from the analysis, as well as price and margin recommendations, you contribute significantly to the success of our sales campaigns.
  • You provide the KAM you are working with presentation materials for Brands’ meetings, you participate in the Brand meetings if requested by presenting your analysis
  • You ensure the accuracy of all collected and processed data, enabling a smooth integration of offers in our IT-Systems. You are responsible for meeting various deadlines to ensure timely planned sales campaigns.
  • You work on the after sales analysis and give the first feedback on the results (by focusing on improvement levers and actions) to the key account manager and our Brand partners.

👉 SKILLS

  • ​You have a commercial education, a bachelor's degree, or a comparable qualification.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in administrative work, sales, or procurement would be advantageous.
  • You have strong analytical skills, a passion for working with numbers, and a proactive attitude.
  • You possess excellent German and English language skills.
  • You are results-oriented and resilient to stress.
  • You are well-organized, and working with deadlines does not bother you.
  • You are a team player but can also work independently.
  • You have a high level of proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
