We are seeking an analytical, data-driven, and proactive Sales Analyst to join the SEAT | Cupra Ireland team. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the brand's growth and performance in the Irish market by providing actionable insights that support our sales strategies and objectives. You will be instrumental in optimizing the sales process, tracking performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the automotive industry, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to the success of both brands from the Volkswagen Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide comprehensive reports to the Sales Team. - Sales Performance Tracking:
Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets. Develop and implement dashboards to track KPIs such as vehicle sales, lead generation, market penetration, and customer satisfaction. - Market Research & Insights:
Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor performance. Provide insights that guide the development of sales strategies and promotional activities. - Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with internal marketing, product, and network development teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and execution. Support the marketing team by providing data for targeted campaigns and promotions. You will also work closely with external parties such as our dealer network to provide any support required. - Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate the internal sales team processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Recommend improvements to streamline the process and enhance overall effectiveness.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and its sales processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving results.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
