The Role

The Enrollment Sales Advisor will assist with the sales, enrollment, and student support process. The Enrollment Sales Advisor will be the main contact for our prospective pre-law, pre-med, and medical students, helping learners select the best test prep option to fit their unique goals as they navigate their journey. This is a sales-driven role with a strong team environment and success will be measured based on new enrollment growth and overall student satisfaction while also maintaining productive working relationships with the team. 

What You’ll Do

  • Counsel learners via phone, email, and live chat, as they navigate the entrance exam and admissions processes
  • Contact leads gathered from our marketing channels to explain our products and execute outbound sales calls to help learners enroll in a program that fits their goals
  • Answer inbound calls from our inbound sales phone line and speaks with potential customers to provide advice and make sales
  • Track leads, customer interactions, and sales, and communicate with other members of our Sales Team to ensure customer care
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing customer service support and technical support for our students currently enrolled in our programs
  • Achieve monthly enrollment sales goals, retention targets, and other service metrics
  • Properly maintain student and lead data in our CRM
  • Compensation including potential OTE (On-target earnings) = $110k-$130k

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years work experience in sales
  • Must be available to work (1) assigned weekend day which will be set on a schedule
  • Ability to work and be available during PST business hours preferred, but all candidates will be considered
  • CRM experience
  • Prior experience in the test prep or tutoring industry is a plus, but not required
  • Prior working knowledge of the LSAT/MCAT/USMLE/COMLEX is also a plus, but not required
  • Get-it-done attitude befitting a role with numerous and shifting responsibilities 
  • Close attention to detail in written communication 
  • Passion for both closing sales customer relationship building
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment, and ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals
  • Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple channels of communication simultaneously
  • Keenly focused on achieving goals
  • Ability to think critically and creatively and make decisions to solve a wide range of complex customer issues
