This position ensures Baker Hughes CWI can deliver flawless execution through involvement in preplanning, job execution, and post job analysis. This position delivers a completion technical job program or applications design that maximizes our opportunity to meet the job objectives in line with the contract terms and conditions.

To Prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develops sales plan for a specific region.
As a Sales Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
- Handles products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
- Contributes to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
- Handles diverse clients in a region. Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
- Leads a department with large, estimated orders. Handles local focus on medium size territory.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6 to 8 years of experience in Completion & Well Intervention.
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
