The Sales Administrator is responsible for streamlining sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role will implement all programmatic, creative, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have worked in sales administration for a B2B SasS Software Company is outgoing, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and can provide best-in-class customer service at all levels. #LI-Remote

In this role you will:

  • Generates reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics.
  • Research industries, markets, and competitors to identify potential clients and trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the sales team.
  • Coordinate customer and prospect meetings and events, order processing/entry, record keeping, meeting scheduling, and preparing sales documents.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales and other departments.
  • Escalate issues, when necessary, to the appropriate internal contacts.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Sales Administration, sales lead generation, or business development experience preferably working for a SasS software company in the healthcare space.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel Skills, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Suite products.
  • Must have Salesforce or similar Sales tool experience
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Team-focused mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong initiative to address and solve problems.
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Apply independent judgment regarding significant internal/external customer matters.
