Your RoleAs a Sales Administrator, you will be a crucial link between our sales team, customers, and internal departments. You ensure smooth administrative processes, support sales activities, and contribute to our company's growth by handling key operational tasks, including:
Preparing customer quotations
Organizing and coordinating customer test samples and reports
Assisting with trade show organization and sales travel
Managing and updating the CRM system
Ensuring the correct distribution and review of customer contracts and specifications
Do the preparations for our sales meetings
A team player mentality – you collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quoting technical machines and systems.
Education in (technical) business administration or comparable work experience.
A commercial mindset – you are driven, proactive, and pay attention to details.
Strong software skills – proficient in MS Office 365, CRM (Preferable ZEN), or ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (an additional European language is a plus).
