This role is instrumental in driving sales success by efficiently managing and processing essential client documentation. The Sales Admin will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation, submission, and tracking various documents required for closing deals and establishing successful client/vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit various documents (tax forms, W8, W9, company information, banking details, etc) and questionnaires as required for sales deal closure and vendor registration process
  • Coordinate closely with legal and finance departments to ensure documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Participate in the deal flow and commit to an SLA
  • Communicate directly with clients
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions and document requirements
  • Proactively identify potential documentation issues and implement solutions to streamline the process
  • Maintain organized records of all submitted documentation


Requirements

  • English - Native level
  • Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM, document management systems)
  • Basic understanding of legal and financial terminology. (Advantage)
  • Tech Savvy - ability to operate several tasks and systems simultaneously
  • Self-learner and pro-active
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Legal
