About the Team
InterAction is a global leading Enterprise Relationship Management platform designed for law firms and professional services firms.
You will work as part of a designated close team supported by Solution Specialists, In-house Professional Services and Client Advisors.
About the Role
You will be responsible for driving new business sales, developing key relationships, and driving product value. You will aim to bring in new business by prospecting into specific industry sectors and compliance departments. You will open up exciting opportunities with tremendous potential for growth.
Responsibilities
- Meeting top line sales and revenue goals within the assigned territory;
- Managing and growing pipeline through active prospecting and territory plan;
- Managing complete sales cycle from lead through customer relationship management;
- Creating and managing a territory plan to capitalize on prospect opportunities;
- Managing a consultative sales motion at all levels of the organization;
- Articulating Return On Investment of products and services to prospects;
- Creating targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services;
- Representing product portfolio through speaking engagements, industry events and trade shows;
- Maintaining awareness of market needs and industry trends and use information to optimize market position.
Requirements
- Have impressive experience in an enterprise level sales experience;
- Be expected to travel 30-50% of the time;
- Have solid interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Have solid understanding of solution selling value proposition;
- Demonstrate the ability to work in sales team environments;
- Be technical aptitude with advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM applications;
- Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and manage time and territory effectively;
- Have solid organisational and time management skills;
- Language skills (especially German) would be advantageous.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: NLD Amsterdam (Radarweg) €88,200 - €163,700. Total Target Cash Range: €135,500 - €251,900. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
