About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Paris. You'll manage a portfolio of key clients, delivering our Digital Brand Services, including domain management, online brand protection, and cybersecurity solutions to support their evolving needs.
You'll work closely with clients to build strong, lasting relationships while driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and strategic sales initiatives. - Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Analyze client portfolios to uncover exciting new business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Drive sales success by implementing strategic plans and maintaining consistent engagement with clients to exceed targets.
What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Independent and accountable work style with strong results orientation.
- Positive, resilient, and highly motivated personality with a competitive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to identify client needs and recognize buying signals early on.
- Strong closing skills and confident negotiation ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with senior-level decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Vos missions :

- Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone ou par e-mail
- Analyser les comptes clients existants pour identifier des opportunités
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente grâce à une approche stratégique et un engagement régulier avec vos clients
Compétences techniques, expérience et qualifications requises :
- Expertise dans la fonction commerciale
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et gestion responsable de ses performances
