Sales Account Manager - Our team is looking for a driven Sales Account Manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships and has a passion for technology solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with exceptional customer service skills to support our RT2 portfolio. We need someone who can wear multiple hats – from being a trusted advisor and problem-solver to identifying growth opportunities and driving customer success.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support RT2 account portfolio throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to retention
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all parts of the POS and use that knowledge to identify customer opportunities
  • Main point of contact for all escalations and ensure solutions are provided in a timely manner
  • Generate business and revenue by using existing and potential customer networks
  • Ongoing support through all channels to troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities, and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Communicate updates, best practices, and other relevant information to your customers and ensuring they are maximizing RTPOS
  • Complete administrative duties which can include filling out forms, creating reports, and entering information into spreadsheets

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience supporting RTPay
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Business acumen to make informed decisions based on their understanding of the customer and company goals
  • Proven track record of working well with customers and internal teams

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000/Yr. 
Our pay structure takes into account various geographical markets within the United States. The base salary for this role reflects the typical expected earnings. However, the final compensation package is determined by several factors, such as your location, job-specific expertise, skills, experience, and other relevant job-related considerations.
