Bioelements es una startup chilena de biotecnología y economía circular que produce bioplástico sostenible para packaging en contacto con alimentos, ecommerce, films y bolsas. Nacimos en 2014 con el objetivo de convertirnos en una alternativa ecológica al plástico convencional, y hoy en día somos una de las compañías con mayor crecimiento en la región, tanto en ventas como en expansión internacional. Operamos en Chile, México, Brasil, Perú y Colombia. Trabajamos con los sectores retail, industrial food e industrial non-food.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads. Outbound prospecting through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media and other sales tools. 

- Seek opportunities to expand business with key customers, analyzing the market and competition. Identifies new customers needs, introduces additional products. Negotiates contracts and commercial agreements. 

- Develop close collaboration with other areas of the company such as marketing, science, supply. Coordinates internal teams in a cross-functional manner to meet customer needs.

- Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities, set objectives and outline action plans. Deeply understands the business, anticipates its needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Keep up-to-date of industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with key clients to maximize profitability and ensure new ARR.

Prepare and present regular reports to management on key account performance, progress and challenges


Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.

- Knowledge of the packaging industry or product domain.

- Work experience required: proven experience in key account management, sales or a customer - facing role.

- Skills: strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze complex business challenges. Results-- oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. Proactivity, willingness to learn and grow, business vision, effective communication. 

- Computer tools: Microsoft Office Advanced / CRM Sales Force.
