Job Summary:
The Sales & Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and activation. This role focuses on engaging inactive or low-usage clients, identifying upselling opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strong account management and consultative sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Drive client activation by encouraging usage of the company’s fintech products and services.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client needs and product offerings.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the onboarding and customer support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Analyze client performance and usage data to identify trends and suggest improvement actions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly retention and activation targets.
- Prepare and present regular account performance reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all account activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and fintech solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer retention, or B2B sales, preferably in a fintech or SaaS environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Results-driven with a proactive and client-focused mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
