  • Manage and coordinate multiple key account sales activities across regions

  • Collaborate closely with Advantest’s global affiliates to support, shape, and implement corporate business objectives

  • Drive sales growth by expanding business with existing customers and identifying new opportunities

  • Develop and execute effective marketing and account development strategies

  • Actively contribute to the achievement of Advantest’s overall corporate goals as a committed team member

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate stakeholders

  • Provide regular forecasts and strategic planning for order intake and sales activities

  • Gather customer insights and feedback, and relay them to relevant internal departments to drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Microelectronics, Semiconductors, or a comparable field

  • At least 8 years of experience in sales of capital goods, ideally in a senior role

  • Proven experience in leading and managing staff is a strong plus

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Strong intercultural competence and experience in leading international teams

  • Strategic and business-oriented mindset

  • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

  • Strong motivational and organizational capabilities

  • Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

  • Self-driven, proactive, and open-minded personality

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required

Skills Required
