Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Agent who is fluent in Hungarian to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Presenting, promoting and selling used cars from our own portfolio
- Identifying and prospecting potential customers (car dealers) on the Hungarian market
- Building and maintaining a relationship with customers through regular communication
- Negotiating and concluding sales offers to achieve monthly objectives
- Providing support in choosing the most suitable units
Requirements:
- Speaker of native or advanced Hungarian
- Experience in sales or the automotive industry is a plus
- Middle or advanced English skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to adapt to new situations and to work under stress
- Professional way of approaching the attributions
Benefits:
Base salary (800 EUR/month NET) + guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months (700 EUR/month NET)
Chances of increasing the bonus up to twice the salary value net, after the end of the trial period
