As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing business and seeking new business opportunities by contacting existing/potential customers. You will be responsible for boosting sales and contributing to dubizzle Egypt's long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Business development plans by reaching out to the existing database of leads through telephone, face-to-face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking;
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (value and volume);
  • Communicate effectively to manage clients’ expectations to ensure they receive a great dubizzle experience on value-added products and subscriptions to new and older (expired or cancelled) accounts;
  • Provide client training to ensure efficient and continuous use of the service and provide regular performance reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention;
  • Regularly update the reporting dashboard to reflect all sales activities;
  • Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing departments for any sales-related or client-related issues;
  • Collect market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration;
  • Valid car and driving licence.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a sales consultant in the Real Estate or similar fields;
  • Experience in Online Marketplaces is a plus,

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with the dubizzle website;
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes;
  • Highly computer literate and online savvy;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer experience;
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
