GenScript’s European division, headquartered in Rijswijk, Netherlands, with a branch office in Oxford, UK, was established in 2019 to serve as a regional hub for commercial operations, technical support, and logistics across Europe and the UK.
In 2025, we reached a new milestone with the launch of our new production facility in Delft, Netherlands - strengthening our long‑term commitment to operational excellence and enhanced service delivery for our EU customers. Working Scheme: Remote in Spain.
Working Time: 40 hours per week.
What You'll Be Doing
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics for products/services, new markets, and new applications.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to ensure all possible actions are taken to secure business in competitive situations.
- Share market knowledge and customer feedback with Senior Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Use CRM to record and manage Sales pipelines daily;
- Develop and maintain a relationship with key accounts.
- Master’s or PhD in a life science discipline, with hands‑on laboratory experience.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in biotech industry.
- High level of technical and professional expertise.
- Knowledge of the Biological and CRO market with an emphasis on one or more of the following: Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, Antibody, or Cell Line Products/Services a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Ability to operate effectively and succeed in an international business environment.
- Able to travel at least 20%.
- Excellence learning ability and strong communication skills.
