The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Seller based in Miami with strong experience in influencer marketing, particularly within the beauty and/or food & beverage industries. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the creator economy and proven ability to close deals with brands and agencies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect high-potential brands within the beauty and/or food & beverage industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand marketers and agencies.
  • Deeply understand client needs and provide strategic influencer marketing solutions.
  • Exceed sales targets by actively managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing.
  • Work closely with the data team to leverage audience and performance insights in your pitch.
  • Collaborate with the campaign team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Partner with finance and legal teams to support smooth contract and billing processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends.

Desired Background

  • Based in Miami or with strong local network/connections in the U.S. Hispanic market.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing, media, or digital advertising.
  • Deep industry knowledge or active client relationships within beauty and/or food & beverage verticals.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing a book of business.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer trends, and social platforms.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
