Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing team at Pearl AI. The Sales Account Executive will be pivotal in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our suite of AI-driven dental software solutions.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the dental industry
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of Pearl’s AI solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM software.

What You Need To Succeed 

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive (experience in the dental industry is a plus but not required)
  • Proficiency in software sales
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
