The Role

Hire Digital is seeking a to generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting winning sales proposals, responding to marketing-focused RFPs, and serving as your assigned accounts' primary point of contact.

  • Research and thoroughly understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Develop tailored data-backed marketing strategies and solutions based on client needs.
  • Create visually appealing sales proposals showcasing our capabilities.
  • Respond to complex marketing-related RFPs with compelling submissions.
  • Ensure proposals adhere to all formatting, length, and submission guidelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, including revisions and final delivery.
  • Maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and other sales collateral.
  • Analyze past proposals to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Previous experience in sales, proposal writing, business development, or account management roles in a digital marketing agency setting or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of successful sales proposal writing, including experience responding to marketing-focused RFPs for digital marketing services.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite and design tools.
