Summary of Position:

As a Sales Account Executive for LawRank, you'll drive growth by selling our premier Digital Marketing Services to law firms. We are seeking a fast-paced, target-driven professional who excels at building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and possesses the unique ability to translate complex digital marketing concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for attorneys and law firms.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales prospecting: both digitally and through attending conferences
  • Build relationships with law firms and help them reach their business goals through integrated and custom marketing plans
  • Identify prospective clients' needs and suggest custom solutions that highlight our unique value proposition from our competitors
  • Follow-up with prospects and leads, keep in touch with regular outreach
  • Maintain an organized CRM and regularly update a sales pipeline
  • Prepare for and attend networking conferences
  • Meet sales quotas and departmental goals
  • Assist with other sales-related tasks as needed

Requirements
  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales expertise targeting and closing contracts with attorneys and law firms in a fast-paced, high-volume digital marketing or SaaS setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Must be able to pursue and close new business and revenue streams
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and managing sales pipelines
  • Ability to travel to conferences regularly (10-15 times per year)
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles with a desire to expand knowledge
  • Strong presentation skills

The compensation for this salaried exempt opportunity includes a base salary of $90,000, along with on-target earnings estimated at $300,000 total. This target base compensation is subject to multiple factors, including role level, experience, and location.
