About the Role We are seeking a driven Partnerships Manager to build and manage strategic relationships with community organizations, churches, training schools, and businesses. This role focuses on generating partnerships that drive referrals, expand brand reach, and create long-term growth opportunities for the company. You will act as the bridge between our organization and external partners, developing trust-based relationships that convert into active collaborations and revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop partnerships with community organizations, churches, schools, workforce programs, and companies

  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, in-person meetings, and networking events

  • Present partnership opportunities and value propositions clearly and persuasively

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership leads in CRM systems

  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements and referral relationships

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to ensure engagement and retention

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners

  • Track partnership performance, referrals, and engagement metrics

  • Represent the company at community events, meetings, and outreach activities

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or community outreach

  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face engagement

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with nonprofits, workforce development programs, or community-based organizations

  • Background in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management

  • Existing network within churches, schools, or community organizations

  • Event coordination or public speaking experience

  • Understanding of referral-based growth models
