- Manage the sales team and Client Services team
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and provide strategic guidance to help achieve them.
- Project Management: Oversee the development and implementation of advertising and marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of account managers and executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of clients.
- Strategic Planning: Work with clients to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve their business objectives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply them to clients' campaigns as appropriate.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure all costs are accurately captured in the agency's financial system.
- New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and work with the Managing Director to develop proposals and pitch presentations.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on project progress, budgets, and client satisfaction levels. Use data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all deliverables meet the agency's quality standards and the client's expectations.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in account management in an advertising or marketing agency, with a focus on creative client servicing
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of account managers and executives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with the ability to apply them to clients' campaigns as appropriate.
