The Role

Monitor construction-site safety practices, PPE use, safe work procedures, housekeeping, barricading, and contractor compliance. Conduct toolbox talks, inspect for hazards, maintain safety records, and report accidents, near misses, violations, and unsafe conditions. Support emergency and fire-safety activities and monitor higher-risk work including lifting, electrical tasks, welding, and work at height.
