Production Engineer

As a Safety Production Engineer, you will be responsible for process, lean , and related tasks at the aerospace plant. You are required to have a degree and background in Chemistry. You will report to Operations Manager and location is in Tianjin.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Effective Production Planning Execution: Implement shift/daily/weekly/monthly production plans, allocate and coordinate appropriate manpower, optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manufacturing and material cost waste.

保证生产计划有效执行：落实班/日/周/月 计划执行，并且匹配和协调合适的人力资源，优化生产流程，提升效率，降低制造和物料成本损耗；

• Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations, organize safety training and inspections, maintain a comprehensive understanding of departmental safety conditions

安全管理：落实安全制度的执行，组织安全培训和检查，对部门安全状况有全面的了解

• Quality Management: Ensure compliance with quality standards, supervise and monitor production processes to reduce defects, and develop quality improvement initiatives.

质量管理：落实质量标准的执行，监督管理生产环节的工艺规范，减少defects ，协助生产经理制定质量改善提升；

• Team Management: organize training, evaluate production staff performance, and enhance employee skills. Improve employee engagement, team cohesion

团队管理：组织培训，考核生产人员，提升员工技能；提升员工的敬业度和团队的凝聚力;

• Aero LEAN: Participate in and promote departmental Lean activities, continuously improve 5S, and productivity etc.

精益生产：参与并推动Lean落地，持续改善5S; Productivity等

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience; 3年以上工作经验
• Chemistry bachelor degree or above;化学专业学士学位
• Good English reading and writing skills, CET-4 or above;良好的英语读写能力
• Data consolidation and analysis;良好的数据整合和分析能力
