Red Marker is changing the way legal risk detection for digital advertising and marketing content is being delivered. Focusing on compliance outcomes and cost optimisation, our patented Legal Tech Software as a Service platform enables real-time probabilistic risk identification in marketing and web content using machine learning rules and natural language processing.

Based on the East Coast of the United States (preference is Boston) and reporting to the Head of Client Solutions & Innovation, as Implementation Consultant you’ll engage with major enterprise customers to help them articulate their rules and then implement custom risk detection to automate them within the platform. 

Job Description

This role is ideal for a critical thinker who is focused on consulting and delivery and takes initiative to find the most optimal solution. A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution, and hustle is a must. Here’s a sense of what you’ll be doing day to day:

● Run workshops, manage technical inputs and form strong relationships with stakeholders from enterprise customers.

● Implement, test and optimise rules in the Red Marker Platform.

● Document scanning projects: introduce the Red Marker platform and core concepts including rules, sample documents, categorisation.

● Web scanning projects: understand the business problem, the client or client’s partner websites to be targeted and design rules to trade off false positives vs false negatives and create the most value for end-users.

● Convert requirements from customers into finalised rule designs. Quickly understand the compliance environments of the client’s organisation.

● Consult on potential platform channels and use cases including workflow system integrations.

● Work with product managers and other cross-functional teams to provide input from a rules feature and functionality perspective.

● Support the Sales team with pre-sales efforts including implementing custom demos and advising on platform capabilities.

● Work closely with the Client Success team to support project deliverables and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

About You:

This role is ideally suited to someone who’s worked in the enterprise SaaS space before and who takes a logical approach to problem solving. We’re looking for someone resourceful, outcome oriented and happy to help go on the maturation journey as we grow our business. ● Excellent customer-facing verbal communication skills and experience.

● Able to run meetings with diverse customer and partner stakeholder groups.

● Analytical experience extracting, refining and filling gaps in requirements.

● Breaking down requirements into distinct technical steps.

● Combining functions to create formulas or logical expressions.

● Ability to write and execute test cases for technical requirements.

● Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and basic SQL.

● Comfortable in both high level and the detail.

● Hands-on implementation experience with rules engines or similar systems.

● High technical literacy, able to communicate with engineers and data scientists.

● Python or other programming experience is a plus

● Regulatory and compliance knowledge in Banking, Insurance, Consumer Credit, Investment Management, Pharmaceuticals or other industries is an advantage.
