About the Role
Skillcast empowers organisations to build ethical and resilient workplaces through our SaaS compliance e-learning platform and extensive off-the-shelf course library. We're seeking a commercially minded, results-driven Product Marketer to own the success of our SaaS product GTM. You’ll combine market insight, customer understanding, and high-impact execution to drive pipeline growth, achieve revenue targets, and position Skillcast as the compliance partner of choice.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery: shaping product positioning, leading revenue-generating campaigns, and using data to optimise impact. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll ensure our platforms remain the trusted, ROI-driven choice for compliance-conscious organisations.
What You'll Do
- Shape the Product Story
- Craft clear, credible, and compelling value propositions that highlight commercial impact and business outcomes.
- Define positioning and messaging to ensure Skillcast stands out as the partner of choice for ethical and high-performing organisations.
- Drive Market Success
- Identify target segments and ABM opportunities aligned with revenue growth objectives.
- Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption, always with a focus on pipeline and ROI.
- Partner with Product and Solutions teams to create materials that connect compliance challenges to measurable business benefits.
- Enable Sales and Customer Success
- Equip our sales team with powerful messages, collateral, and stories that convert prospects into customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure feedback informs product evolution and retention strategies.
- Take ownership of the commercial success of your products, ensuring they contribute directly to business targets.
- Lead Through Insight
- Build client and industry relationships to shape future product development and GTM strategy.
- Track and analyse adoption, engagement, and conversion data to refine positioning and optimise performance.
- Work cross-functionally to prioritise product enhancements that deliver real commercial and cultural impact.
Experience
- 7+ years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within product marketing, demand generation, GTM, ABM or regional launch roles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and market share.
- Commercial acumen: Comfortable linking marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and growth metrics.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills: able to turn complex information into compelling propositions aligned with Skillcast's ethos of "Compliance made simple".
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to extract insight from customer, market, and performance data.
- Bonus: familiarity with LMS or compliance e-learning platforms and experience in regulated sectors.
