SA General Manager

We are excited to be looking for a high achieving General Manager (GM) for our SA branch. This position will operate strategically as part of the executive leadership team and report directly to the Joint CEOs to support and drive the strategic direction of Pro AV Solutions.

About The Role:

The General Manager will play a leading role by driving the development, implementation and achievement of the organisation’s strategic plan as well as leading all commercial and operational aspects of our Sales, Design, Project Management, Installation, Technical Deployment, Managed Service, and Warehouse/Logistics teams. You will be accountable for ensuring our strategic goals are met and that we are a profitable organisation by governing operational policies and procedures, creating and maintaining budgets, all whilst balancing the needs for investment in people, growth, technology, our customers and partners, and other longer-term objectives. We expect you to be adding strategic value at the executive level but also be hands-on and an effective communicator leading and inspiring our team members in SA.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Demonstrated achievement and experience in a GM/Head of Operations role, or similar.
• Proven history in leading and inspiring individuals and teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• A track record in generating and delivering outcomes, on-budget and to tight schedules.
• Proven ability to build positive, enduring relationships with Customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, influencing, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in a technology-based industry with recurring revenue streams/enterprise consumption or with an organisation with multi-sites and/or project-based activity is advantageous.
• A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and learning.
