- As a member of Products & Solutions team, maintain strong communication and teamwork.
- Internally with Sales, Service & Marketing teams.
- Develop and design BESS architectures for a variety of applications.
- Perform system analysis and modeling to optimize BESS performance.
- Prepare BESS design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest BESS technologies and trends.
- Present new products and solutions to customers and channel partners.
- Perform technical seminars and webinars, participate in events to represent company and its products.
- Support customers in planning, configurations and technical issues.
- Review and improve technical solution for key projects, prepare cost calculations and bill of materials.
- Establish and build close customer relationship.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (university of applied science) or similar 5-7 years of experience in renewable energy, digital power products, profound knowledge in solar inverters and BESS hands-on experience with designing and commissioning
- Strong understanding of battery technologies, inverters, and control systems
- Renewable Energy Power Plant and Energy Storage System design knowledge
- Effectively using PVSyst, AutoCAD, DIgSILENT and MS Office and presentation tools
- Excellent presentation skills in Turkish and English languages; internal working language is Turkish & English
- Experienced to manage multiple tasks in parallel while keeping focus on the main targets, strong willingness for continuous learning.
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.
- Have driving license, willing to travel within Türkiye.
- Position is based in Ankara.
