We have an opportunity for an S4 HANA SBG COE Lead, to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will be responsible to ensure Customer Service processes remain aligned to Fit-to-Standard principles by managing cross-functional governance, resolving process gaps and conflicts, escalating deviations where needed, and driving stakeholder alignment to support successful S/4HANA deployment.
It also leads business adoption, training, and organizational readiness by coordinating end-to-end Customer Service training, supporting behavior change, and aligning roles and operating models with the future ERP environment.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.
Key responsibilities
Process Standardization:
- Ensures process alignment & Fit-to-Standard adherence across Customer Service value stream
Governance & Escalation:
- Reviews cross-process gaps & deviations, escalating non-standard needs through S4 HANA COE forum and S4 HANA product team, ensures PT business can execute the Customer Service processes post S4 HANA launch. Works cross functionally and ensures stakeholders alignment
ART Alignment:
- Works with L1/L2 Process Leaders to resolve cross-value stream conflicts and protect end-to-end deployment for Customer Service processes
Adoption & Readiness:
- Drives PT adoption for Customer Service processes, behavior change, and wave readiness in coordination with ART leadership
Holistic Process Training:
- Owns end-to-end training Customer Service approach and standards across the SBG, ensuring consistent training is delivered to all Customer Service staff in cooperation with the CX SSC training team
Org Design Alignment:
- Partners with SBG HR and Business Leaders to align roles and operating models to the future ERP environment
Continuous Improvement:
- Owns post-go-live improvement intake through the ART to strengthen the global template
Key skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (project management)
- Certifications, trainings
- Fluent in English
- RP launch experience
- Proven track of successful project management delivery (end to end, from idea to go live & hyper care)
- Customer experience operational experience
- ERP knowledge (ideally CIP300) and CX processes (booking, billing and remaining order to delivery processes)
