Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Decision Science / AI Analyst to build and deliver Generative AI, Agentic AI and analytics solutions for Consumer Tech, Enterprise Tech and Semiconductor clients. Working with senior team members and client stakeholders, the Analyst will contribute to agents, knowledge retrieval and cloud-based applications, and support their testing and responsible use.
Key Responsibilities
Generative AI, Agentic AI and RAG
- Develop LLM-powered assistants and agent workflows with guidance from senior team members, including prompts, tool calls and API integrations.
- Build RAG components to retrieve relevant information from enterprise documents and data, using embeddings, metadata and vector search.
- Contribute to agent workflow design and orchestration using LangGraph or similar frameworks where appropriate.
- Support evaluation of outputs and workflows using representative test cases for relevance, groundedness, task success and basic performance measures.
- Use logs and traces to investigate issues and help improve response quality and reliability.
- Follow project standards for data access, sensitive information and Responsible AI; support guardrails and human review where needed.
Cloud Platform Expertise
- Contribute to AI solutions on Azure and/or AWS using relevant managed AI and data services under project guidance.
- Support deployment, monitoring and secure handling of credentials and access according to project standards.
AI Engineering and Deployment
- Develop Python components and REST API integrations to connect AI applications with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Use Git, modular code, basic tests, logging, reviews and documentation; collaborate across teams and assist with deployment.
Technical Skills
Programming and APIs: Python, SQL, JSON, REST APIs and sound software engineering practices.
GenAI and agents: LLM application development, prompts, RAG and familiarity with agent workflows and tool calling.
Retrieval: Embeddings, vector search and enterprise knowledge ingestion; familiarity with one vector database or search service.
Cloud and quality: Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS, testing and basic data security and Responsible AI practices.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to MCP, A2A, multi-agent design, agent memory, GraphRAG or multimodal applications.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain or similar frameworks; evaluation and tracing tools; Docker or CI/CD.
- Working knowledge of scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow and decision science applications in marketing, sales, supply chain or customer experience.
- Clear communication, analytical problem solving and experience working with Hi-Tech clients or cross-functional stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The position is based in Bengaluru (preferred), Kolkata or Gurugram. Candidates should be able to demonstrate hands-on contributions to AI solutions and explain the business problem, their contribution and how the solution was tested.

Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering or data science
- BTech or MTech in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with NLP and computer vision libraries such as Hugging Face and OpenCV
- Hands-on experience with generative AI model development, selection, fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, deployment architecture, API integration, multi-step reasoning workflows, and autonomous agents
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS in data science workflows
