Job Summary:

This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Relevant experience in the required domain. 

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• High skilled and experienced manager of Data science in Financial services domain who has experience in GenAI, Supervisory analytics (like Network Analytics, IFRS9 / Basel, Risk Analytics, Balance of Payments Analytics, Licensing analytics, AML etc)
• Strong domain experience in one of the following:
  • Central banks (Monetary / Regulatory / Compliance / BASEL),
  • Commercial Banking,
  • Asset & Wealth management
• Proven experience in one of data engineering, data governance, data science roles
• Experience in Generative AI or Central / Supervisory banking is a plus.
• Strong conceptual knowledge and practical experience in the Development, Validation, and Deployment of ML/AL models
• Hands-on programming experience with any of the analytics tools and visualization tools (Python, R, PySpark, SAS, SQL, PowerBI/ Tableau)
• Knowledge of big data, ML ops and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Strong delivery experience of short and long term analytics projects

What you would do in this role

• Incumbent will lead engagements for FS clients and develop data strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Assesses and manages risks and issues, ultimately ensuring that project objectives are achieved.
• Develops and maintain strong trust-based relationships with clients
• Managing activities and deliverables against plan, reviewing draft output, and providing feedback/coaching to project team members
• Support efforts of sales team to identify and win potential opportunities by assisting with RFPs, RFI. Assist in designing POVs, GTM collateral.
• People Development: Develop a team of professionals to enable growth

• Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm’s staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
