The position
As a Manager - Real World Evidence team, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute real-world evidence studies.
  • Analyze and interpret real-world data to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Identify the gaps in Real-world data among different departments.
  • Contribute to the development of real-world evidence strategies and methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in real-world evidence research.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners.


Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • MBBS/MD degree in a relevant field such as epidemiology, health economics, or public health is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in RWE phase IV studies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing real-world data.
  • Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS or R.
  • Knowledge of real-world evidence methodologies and study design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
