- 对接传统券商，资管机构等客户，建立并维护合作关系，推动 RWA 产品进入其客户推荐体系
- 深入理解传统金融机构的客户结构、合规要求与产品偏好，制定针对性的渠道推广方案
- 策划并执行面向传统金融受众的推广活动，包括路演、联名活动、机构专场等
- 协调内部资产、BD、合规、市场、区域团队等跨部门资源，确保渠道推广顺利落地
- 负责渠道合作全周期管理：前期方案沟通、合作期间执行跟进、合作后效果复盘与关系维护
- 跟踪渠道关键数据（引流规模、转化率、AUM 贡献、机构活跃度等），持续优化渠道策略
- 3年以上相关工作经验，有传统券商、银行、资管机构从业经历者优先
- 熟悉传统金融产品（债券、基金、结构化产品、REITs 等）基本逻辑及机构客户决策流程
- 了解 RWA 赛道基本概念及主流项目（如 Ondo、Maple、Centrifuge 等），能够向传统金融受众清晰解释链上资产逻辑
- 具备良好的英文听说读写能力，能够独立与海外机构及跨区域团队沟通协作
- 执行力强，能够在紧张节奏下推动多渠道项目并行落地

Skills Required
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience
- Experience in traditional brokerages, banks, or asset management institutions
- Knowledge of traditional financial products, including bonds, funds, structured products, and REITs
- Understanding of RWA concepts and major projects such as Ondo, Maple, and Centrifuge
- Ability to explain on-chain asset concepts clearly to traditional financial audiences
- Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate independently with overseas institutions and cross-regional teams
- Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple channel projects in a fast-paced environment
