About the Role
In this role, you’ll drive the storytelling and content strategy around how RWAs can transform the capital markets. You’ll create, review, and amplify a variety of media—think industry research, integration announcements, analyst briefings, and beyond. Collaborating with a cross-functional team (writers, designers, product marketers, capital markets experts, and more), you’ll shape how Sei harnesses RWAs to redefine the global financial landscape.
Your Impact
- Brainstorm, write, and promote RWA-focused content such as industry reports, joint research, integration announcements, podcasts, and explainers
- Develop and maintain an RWA and capital markets content strategy, ensuring clarity and consistency in Sei’s messaging at major finance events and within the broader ecosystem
- Ensure all content is on-brand, accurate, and compelling, working with key stakeholders to meet deadlines and shape narratives
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience covering capital markets topics such as securities, market infrastructure, asset issuance, and more
- Deep understanding of tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), including their legal/regulatory considerations and how they impact traditional markets
- Familiarity with blockchain concepts and Sei’s unique Layer 1 capabilities for trading and asset tokenization
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills—plus the ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, value-driven content
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
